About White Gate Properties

My Name is Paul Moreton and I am the Business Owner and Managing Director of White Gate Properties Limited.

I am an Independent  Agent who is fully Qualified and a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, I specialise in the Sale of Residential Property in the Neath and surrounding local areas.

Originally from Port Talbot, my parents had a tendency to move about a bit in my early years buying, renovating, then moving on to another home. This is probably where I have a strong connection with bricks and mortar..

I have worked in a Sales and Service environment since I left school and there is not much I have not sold. I spent nearly 10 years selling Land Rover and Range Rover 4x4's for a main dealer up until late 2014 when I got involved in a franchised Estate Agency business. I worked this business for a short while then decided to start an Estate Agency business using my own brand, so this is how White Gate Properties came about.

I went back to school to gain the qualifications that I need to become an accredited Estate Agent and saved all my pennies during this time to put this project together and lay a solid foundation in which to start my business.

I have no high street presence as in this age of technology it is no longer needed.

 I do not consider myself to be an online agent, as I offer all the services that your high street agent will offer to you.
